The mesmerising tonal gradient of this Special Edition Nike Vomero Plus evokes the dramatic colours of a tranquil sunset. Created using Washed Coral pink, Bordeaux purple, Ember Glow red and a shade of terracotta named Marrakesh, it produces a unique aesthetic that enlivens the senses. While these tones merge seamlessly across the elegantly flowing upper, dark grey Swooshes punctuate the flanks, and reflective elements light up the forefoot, tongue and heel. Solid tones add power through the imposing midsole, whose concentric layers form bands of Ember Glow and golden yellow around a creamy white middle. Below this, the sole contrasts a black outer section with a pinky beige centre, bringing a subdued finish to this invigorating running shoe.
Since its 2006 release, the Nike Vomero has been a key silhouette in the brand’s running collection. Always offering luxurious cushioning and elite-level comfort, it became one of three core franchises to be included in Nike’s contemporary road-running lineup.
